My ADHD Toolkit

ADHD Lifestyle & Learning Resources Master-List

I want to share everything that has helped me as an adult with ADHD and chronic illness. I’m sharing this in the hopes of helping ANYONE who can benefit from this toolbox, not just ADHDers!

  • Purple Ella [YouTube video] This video is extremely helpful! I have to remind myself whenever my routine gets thrown off and re-watching this quick 8 minute video always kick-starts my brain again!
  • Dominee @ [Newsletter, Digital Worksheets, Mental Health Check-ins, Self-care, Daily Planning, etc.]
  • Emphasis [App] is a easy-to-use minimalist pomodoro timer app that uses non-invasive interface and noises. The free version includes customization options like duration of work periods and breaks, and how many sessions until you should take a longer break. The way this helps me the most is it sets a limit on how I’m sitting still, ensuring I don’t hyper-fixate on something long enough to trigger any chronic pain from typing/sitting/etc.

This Toolkit is an ongoing Master-List, so be sure to bookmark this page or subscribe to our RSS feed for updates on new materials and resources!

Thank you for reading!

His pop-surrealism expresses a sadness’s and bittersweet nostalgia for growing up LGBTQ+ in a place where he didn’t exist. He strives to advocate issues within his community such as acceptance over tolerance, supporting victims of violence, and the intersections of mental health and being *Queer.
